Obituary of Jean F Corlett

Jean Frances Corlett (Bell), 66 Jean left this world today August 27, 2011 with her family by her side in her home after a long battle with cancer. She was affectionately called "Mama Jean" by everyone that knew her. Jean worked in the medical field for 35 years as a LPN, EMT, and a paramedic supervisor. She devoted her personal and professional life to helping those in need. Jean was loved by every one that knew her and always willing to sacrifice her own needs to help out her family and friends. Jean was also foster parent to many unfortunate children. Jean will be extremely missed by everyone that knew her. She is pre-deceased by her husband John who left us 11 years ago. She is survived by her brothers Steve Bell of Mesa Arizona and Robert Bell of Seaford, Delaware. She is also survived by her four children, Dennis (DJ) Michael, James and Mark and her five grandchildren, Jacqueline, Dennis Jr. Emily, Faith and Noah. Funeral Services will be held at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm where friends may call after 1:00 pm. Burial will be private.
