Claire M Rambo, age 78, of North Cape May passed away peacefully on Monday, August 8, 2011 at Capital Health Systems at Fuld, Trenton, NJ. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Roxborough, PA; she has been a Cape May area resident since 2003. Claire was a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia and at North Cape Center in Lower Township, NJ. She was a loving mother & grandmother and an avid walker. Claire is survived by her husband William J Rambo; her four children: Mark (Sandra) M Rambo; Judy A Glynn (Marvir Cook); Paul D Rambo; & Barbara A Keegan. Also surviving are her sisters: Mary Cashman & Nancy Welsh; her brother Edward Erthal; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Anne Rambo; grandson William J Rambo; grandson Stephen Rambo; two sisters; and one brother. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the Parish of St John Neumann at St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
