Lynne M Vanella, age 56, of Erma passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at her home. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Pennsauken, NJ; she has been a Cape May area resident since 2003. She was a graduate of Pennsauken High in 1972. Lynne was a nurse for 20 years at West Jersey Hospital in Marlton, NJ. She was a Methodist by faith, was a member of, and taught Sunday school at Merchantville United Methodist Church. Lynne is survived by her husband of 32 years Bruce Vanella of Erma; her daughter Christina Vanella & husband Robert Zapisek of Cherry Hill, NJ; and her daughter Jenna and husband Randall Monaghan Jr. of Del Haven, NJ. Also surviving are: her sister Susan and husband William Barben Jr. of Maple Shade, NJ, and her brother Michael Breneman of Lancaster, PA. She was preceded in death by her brother John D Murphy. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cold Spring Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204.
