Joseph T Hinchey, age 81, of Rio Grande passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, he has been a long time Cape May area resident. Joseph served his country in the US Marines during the Korean War. He was a warehouse clerk for Signal Delivery Service of Philadelphia, PA. Joseph is survived by his brother James Hinchey of Spring Hill, FL and his step-daughter Deborah R (Matteo) Manes of Villas, NJ. Funeral services and interment will be private.
