Dewel C "Duce" Smith II., age 47, of Villas passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at his home. Born in San Diego, CA; he has been a Cape May area resident for 25 years. Dewel was a self employed area businessman for many years. He is survived by his sisters: Virginia (Scott) Knoff of Cape May; Sylvia (Clyde) Gilley of NC; Cynthia Sanville of Vermont; and Ruth (Bob) Purdy of North Cape May. Dewel was preceded in death by his mother Marie Walker and his brother Alan Manchester. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations in Dewel's memory are suggested to the Animal Outreach, PO Box 12256, Cape May, NJ 08204.
