I will always remember Herb as being a gentleman. It was a pleasure to work with him in the late '80s when I was employed by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts. He was always accommodating, always tried to meet our (often unrealistic)deadlines.He was one of the "good guys." I was always glad to see him.
