Dorothy G Moore, age 87, of Cape May passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28, 2011 at her home.
Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Roslyn, PA; she has been a Cape May area resident since 1985. Dorothy was a member of St John of the Cross RC Church in Roslyn, PA; attended Our Lady Star of the Sea in Cape May; and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles & sudoku. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl in 1999; her son John in 1988; and her brothers: Bob, John, & Ray Becker. Dorothy is survived by her sons: Carl R Moore of Frederick, MD; Christopher Moore of Cape May; and Richard Moore of Cape May. Also surviving are her 5 grandchildren: Ryan, Tyler, Brandon, Brenton, & Alexander. There will be a funeral service at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ; where friends may call from 2:00 to 3:00 AM. Interment will be private.
