Anthony "Andy" Frederick Olszewski Sr, age 64, of Erma passed away peacefully on Friday, January 14, 2011 at his home. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of that city, he has been a Cape May area resident for 16 years. Andy was a retired truck driver for Acme Markets of Philadelphia; was a member of the Teamsters Local # 470 and # 500; a member of the Villas Fishing Club; and the Lower Township Moose Club. He was preceded in death by: his son Anthony Jr.; his brothers John; Thomas; and Walter. Andy is survived by his wife Alice (nee Rapko); daughter Alice (Fred); daughter Angie (Stephen); and son Steven (Kristen). Also surviving are his grandchildren: Freddie, Kristina, Jackie, Katie, Samantha, Steven, & Stephen; along with his brother Robert (Catherine); and many nieces & nephews. There will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. The family suggests contributions in Andy's memory to the Love of Linda Cancer Fund, PO Box 1053, Wildwood, NJ 08260.
