Nancy Beckson, age 87, of Seaville passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at her home. Born in Philadelphia, PA.; she has been a Cape May area resident since 1975. Nancy was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW of Sea Isle City and AARP Chapter 710 of Sea Isle City. She was preceded in death by her husband George Beckson in 1980. Nancy is survived by her son Ronald (Sandy) Beckson of Coral Gables, FL; son Dennis (Loretta) Beckson of West Chester, PA; and daughter Paula Beckson of Erma, NJ. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren: Ron, Tracy, Tommy, Denise, Melissa, John; 4 great grandchildren; and long time companion Harry Fell. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at St Joseph RC Church, 4308 Landis Ave, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at St Elizabeth Cemetery, Goshen, NJ. The family suggests donations in Nancy's memory to the A.R.C. of Cape May County, 822 Delsea Dr, Route 47, South Dennis, NJ 08245.
