Elvira Rita Colubiale (nee Piasano) passed away peacefully at home on Thursday morning, November 4, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Wildwood, she spent most of her life at 1124 Linn Street in South Philadelphia; before moving to her present home in Wildwood Crest, NJ. She is survived by Albert Colubiale, her husband of 60 years, and two sons: James (Spouse Deborah) of North Cape May and Frank & Francis Kirkpatrick of Atlanta, GA. Elvira will be sadly missed by her two grandchildren: Vincent of Robbinsville, NJ & Anthony of Chicago, IL; as well as numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and close friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at The Church of the Assumption, 7110 Seaview Ave, Wildwood Crest, NJ on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1056 Seashores Rd, Cape May, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice, 1801 Route 9 North, Swainton, NJ or the American Cancer Society.
