OBITUARY
Thomas E Battles Jr, 90, passed away September 26, 2010 in Cape May, NJ. Born in Lawrence, MA, he resided in Seabrook Beach, NH. Before retirement Mr Battles was the owner of Battles Moving and Storage. He was a long time Selectman for the town of Seabrook Beach; and was a member of the Star of the Sea Church there. Survivors include his daughter Eileen "Lee" Kreider of Cape May, NJ; sons Thomas E Battles III of Palm City, FL & J Jude Battles of Exeter, NH; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife Margurite Gillen and his second wife of 47 years Dorothea Nugent Battles. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated October 4, 2010 at Our Lady of the Angels RC Church in Cape May Court House, NJ.
