Margaret "Peggy" M. (Bates) Repici, age 80 of Cape May Court House, formerly of Cape May, passed away in the loving arms of her family on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Cape Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Philadelphia, Pa and was and area resident for the past 40 years. Margaret worked as a secretary for the Cape May Co, Bridge commission. She was a member of the Christ Child Society. Margaret was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who shared an easy smile and was known for her sweet disposition. She was preceded in death by her husband Domenic Repici and grandson Ronald Deems Jr.. Margaret is survived by five children: Barbara "Bonnie" Deems, Christine (Rotondi) Bates, Michael Bates, Thomas Bates Jr. & Lori Girard. Also surviving are the father of her children - Thomas Bates; a brother Patrick Flynn; and many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Our Lady of the Angels RC Church, Cape May Court House where friends may call from 10 to 11 am. Burial is private. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation of America, 322 8th Avenue, 7th floor, New York, NY 10001.
