Virginia Pierce, age 101, of Swainton passed away peacefully on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Eastern Shore Nursing Home. Born in Chester, PA and formerly of Pt Pleasant, NJ and Villas, NJ; she has been a Cape May area resident since 1970. She was a member of St John of God RC Church in North Cape May. Virginia is survived by her nephew Richard Wright of Wilmington, DE and her niece Roberta Harrison of West Chester, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry L Pierce in 1980. There will be a grave side service at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Ridge Rd, Linwood, PA.
