Obituary of Charlene F Eagan

OBITUARY Charlene F Eagan, 45 of North Cape May passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at her home. Born in Wilmington, DE and formerly of the Wildwood areas, she has been a Cape May County resident most of her life. Charlene enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren - who called her Nana. She also enjoyed helping others in her neighborhood. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents Alvin Shapiro & Violet Marchese. She is survived by her husband Thomas Eagan; her 4 children: Brad Shapiro, Heather Eagan, Jessica Eagan, & Thomas Eagan, Jr.; her siblings: Juanita Taylor, Maurice Shapiro, and Nadine Shapiro. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Bailey Ann Eagan & Isaiah Young; and her mother-in-law Marie Eagan. There will be a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM on Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. Interment will be private. As Charlene was a cancer survivor; the family suggests donations in her name to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
