Dorothy N "Dot" Panas, age 72, of Villas passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of the Germantown section, she has been a Cape May area resident for 31 years. Dorothy worked as the administrative assistant at Villas Lumber Co. for 20 years. She was the loving mother of Dorothy Solenski (Thomas); John J (Bernice); William R (Karen); Richard Grillo (grandson); and the late Deborah A Grillo. Dorothy was the loving sister of Violet Latham; Gloria Donnelly; and the late Constance Little. She is also survived by ten grandchildren including the late Billy Panas Jr.; many great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 4, 2010 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to Saint Jude's Shrine, 512 West Saratoga St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
