Paul A Dressel, age 77, of North Cape May passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 25, 2010. Born and raised in West Oak Lane, Philadelphia (St Athanasius Parish), he retired to North Cape May (St John of God Parish) in 1992. Paul is survived by his wife of 55 years Marilyn (nee Curran); 3 sons: Paul (Mary), John (Marion), and Thomas (Linda); daughter Mary Jo Hall (William); and eight grandchildren: Kirsten, Marilyn, Kaitlin, William, Laura, Meghan, Nicholas, and Kylie. He retired from PECO after 40 years of service; volunteered for 50th Ward Ambulance Assoc; the Ogontz Boys Club of West Oak Lane; was a member of the Knights of Columbus for 60 years; and was a past Grand Knight of the K of C Erma Council 3546. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May; where friends may call from 10:30 to 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Paul's memory be sent to Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Camilla Hall, King & Frazier Rd, Immaculata, PA 19345-0100.
