I worked at North Cape Nursing Home and took care of Helen for several months. I simply loved her. She was sweet and so funny. She loved her cigarettes and coffee. We always went outside to have a smoke and sit in the courtyard. Her daughter, Suzie was the light of her life. She would sit and wait for her to come to visit. I became friends with Suz and will remember Helen with a smile in my heart. She will be missed.
