Catherine E Cornell, 95, of Townbank, formerly of Haddon Heights, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Born in Philadelphia on March 19, 1914; she worked as an estimator at Haddon Binery in Camden, NJ. She was a long time member of Holy Spirit Church in Villas. Catherine was preceded in death by her husband Frank Cornell; her sister Clara (Joe) Slivlinski; and her brother Theodore Benson. She is survived by her sister-in-law Suzanne Benson of Stratford and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 1220 Bayshore Rd, Villas; where friends may call after 9:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at the Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ. Contributions may be made in Catherine's memory to the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church.
