Barbara A. (McCann) Ulmer, 64 of Villas, formerly of Grays Ferry, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2023, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 44 years to George. Born to the late Joseph and Florence (Sheridan) McCann. Barb will be lovingly remembered for her kindness and devotion to her family, especially her grandchildren. Loving and supportive mother of George, Kevin (Shannon) and Michael. Dearest Nan to her grandchildren Kevin, Emma and Michael Ulmer and her favorite dog "Bella". Loving sister of Joseph (Anita), Maryann McCann, Michael (Linda), James, Robert, Patrick (Annemarie) and predeceased by the late John. She is also survived by her Mother-in-law Myrtle, the late George Ulmer and her Sister-in-law Rose (Ulmer) McCollum, the late Daniel McCollum and the late GeorgeAnn (Ulmer) and William Welsh. Aunts, Uncles, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Special niece of Dorothy Sheridan. She was a 25-year employee of Lower Township Elementary School District (Maud Abrams School). Relatives and friends are invited to gather Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm at Evoy Funeral Home in North Cape May and Wednesday morning at St. Gabriel Church in Philadelphia from 9:30-10:30am followed by Mass at 11:00am. Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Saint Gabriel Memorial Fund, 2917 Dickinson St., Philadelphia, PA 19146
