Scott Lee Dinkelacker, age 52, of Villas passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Scott was born in Philadelphia, but had been a Cape May area resident most of his life. He was employed as a Postal Carrier at the Cape May Court House Post Office. Scott previously worked for 20 years as a cook at the Ugly Mug in Cape May. He was an avid golfer and an avid bowler, being instrumental in starting a bowling league at the Island Bowling Lanes in Wildwood. Scott also bowled two perfect 300 games. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Shawn in 2011. Scott is survived by his mother Barbara J Lake; his father Robert E Dinkelacker; and his step mother Lora Dinkelacker. Also surviving are his brothers: Chris, Brett (Lisa), & Max; step brother Derek (Jeanmarie) Hagan; step sister Diana Hagan; niece Raven Michele; nephew Dustin Robert; and numerous other extended family members. There will be a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Scott's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
