Ronald G. Johnson, age 84, of Cape May Court House peacefully passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Power Back Rehabilitation of Voorhees, NJ surrounded by his family. Born in Camden to the late John A and Caroline Johnson, he lived in Cape May Court House for the last 21 years and in Erma for 9 years, after living in Merchantville, Pennsauken, and Cherry Hill. He was a member of the Seaville United Methodist Church since 1985. Ronald served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and he retired from SGL Industries of Mt Laurel after a 25 year career in manufacturing plant management. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gloria (nee Cavicchia); his children: Rick (Phyllis) Johnson of Lansdale, PA; and Robin Johnson (Fiance' Chris Cutuli) of Sicklerville, NJ; his 6 grandchildren: William Kerr, Melissa Johnson, Michael Johnson, Alexander Johnson, Stephen Schuler, & Bryan Schuler; and his 4 great grandchildren: Aaliyah, Khloe, Isabelle, & Gabrielle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving brothers: Jack, Bob, & Larry and his dear sister Valda. A visitation will be held at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204 on Thursday evening July, 31, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Seaville United Methodist Church, 3100 Route 9 North, Ocean View, NJ 08230; where a visitation will begin at 10:00 AM.
