Walter M Hess, Jr., age 73, of Green Creek passed away peacefully Monday, July 28, 2014 at his home. Walter was born September 30, 1940 in Cape May Court House, NJ. He is the son of the late Walter M and the late Martha (Hughs) Hess, Sr. Walter served in the National Guard and was employed by the Cape May County Mosquito Commission. He is survived by one son: Mark Hess of Green Creek, NJ; one stepson Richard; one step daughter Sharon; mand one niece Melodie Sippel.
