Monica Chapin, 73, Rio Grande NJ, entered into eternal rest Thursday, October 19 at her daughter's home.
Born March 11, 1950 in McKeesport PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Jaszemski) Tomko.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Chapin March 11, 2012.
Monica is survived by her daughter Dawn Playford wife of Keith; grandchildren Christopher Chapin, Bruce Land, Seth Slitcroft and Alyssa Playford; step grandchildren Samantha and Richard Playford; and great grandsons Liam and Lucas Sullivan.
Funeral Services will be held 11AM Monday, October 23 at White Marsh Cemetery 1169 Limekiln Road Ambler PA. Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road has been entrusted with arrangements.
