Constance A. Clayton, age 73, of North Cape May passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Constance was born in Philadelphia, PA; formerly lived in Glenside, PA and Atco, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident for 25 years. She is the daughter of the late Morris and the late Anna (Berens) Clayton. Constance was an assistant manager in Risk Management for SEPTA in Philadelphia for many years. Her favorite pastime was bird watching at Cape May Point. Constance is survived by her sister Regina Ransford; her brother John Clayton; numerous nieces & nephews; and her best friend Cass Catalano. There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 am on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Constance's memory to Cape May Co.
