Obituary of Stephen R Cathrall

Stephen Robert Cathrall age 56, of Erma, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, February 21st. Born September 3, 1960 in Stuttgart Germany on an American Military Base, Steve was a Cape May County Resident since 1978. He worked with various local construction companies throughout his career and enjoyed spending his free time on never-ending renovations of his home and helping friends with projects of their own. Besides spending time with his children he enjoyed camping, skiing, woodworking, cooking for others and relaxing with friends. Preceded in death by his father Lt. Col. Eugene H. Cathrall and his brother David J. Cathrall. He is survived by his four children Amy Graff (Derrick), Stacy Cathrall, Christine Cathrall, and Nathan Cathrall. Also survived by his grandson Colton Graff, Mother Josephine H. Cathrall, brother Gene Cathrall, sister Ann Leinenbach (Gerry), and nieces and nephews. He was a loving and generous man who was a loyal friend to many and will be missed by all. The memories we have shared with him will live on in our hearts forever. A memorial service will be held 11 AM on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ; where relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11 AM..
