Obituary of Robert T Tubbs

Robert T Tubbs, age 65, of Avalon passed away peacefully Monday, April 18, 2016 at his home. Robert was born in Delaware County, Pa; and has been a Cape May County resident for 30 years. He is the son of the late James & Marion Tubbs. Bob was a newspaper delivery man with the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Atlantic City Press. He worked for the Shorebreak Pizza Grill in Avalon. Bob was the Head Dishwasher at Uncle Bill's Pancake House in Avalon and also worked at Uncle Bill's in Wildwood, Stone Harbor, and Cape May, NJ. He enjoyed riding his bicycle, traveling on trains, beautiful sunrises, and a cold beer. Bob will be greatly missed by his adopted family at Uncle Bill's. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was very close to his mother and is looking forward to seeing her again. There will be a Graveside Service at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Cold Springs Presbyterian Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204. Friends will be received at the Cold Spring Presbyterian Church, 780 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
