Joanne Laura Manyak, age 76, of Villas, NJ passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Joanne was born July 29, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA; was formerly of that city; but has been a Cape May area resident for over 30 years. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Mary (Jastrzembska) Press. Joanne was employed by Harbor Furniture, Burleigh, NJ as a Sales Associate for 12 years. She is survived by her husband of 55 years: John E Manyak of Villas, NJ, and loving mother to one daughter: Debbie Fittipaldi and three sons: Johnny Manyak (Mary), Christopher Manyak (Stacy), Ricky Manyak. Also granny to 10 grandchildren: RJ, Matt, Marcello, Brandon, Nicky, Dominic, Caleigh, Samantha, Anthony, & Cade; and 3 great grandchildren: Grayson, Samuel, & Charlie. Joanne was preceded in death by her granddaughter Logann. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cold Spring Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ. The family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Assoc., 150 Monument Rd, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
