Philp J. Kramer IV, entered into eternal rest Saturday, May 30th at Cooper Cape Regional Medical Center.

Born September 11, 1980 in Darby, PA, he was the second son born to Philip III and Kathleen (O’Kane) Kramer.

He was a graduate of Springfield High School, Delaware County and attended West Chester University.

Phil enjoyed traveling. He especially loved spending his summer at the Jersey Shore and his winters in Colorado. He worked as a cook in local restaurants including the Ravioli House and Kurtz"s Restaurant. He was also a DJ at Echo’s in Wildwood. He began working as a teenager in the Wildwoods.

He was always the life of the party and knew how to have a good time. He was most at peace when he was out on his boat either fishing or crabbing.

In addition to his parents Phil and Kathy, he will be deeply missed by his brothers Eric husband of Erica and Timothy; nieces Briella and Sienna; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 6 at 11AM at the Parish of Notre Dame de le Mer Church of the Assumption 7101 Seaview Ave Wildwood Crest NJ 08260. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 9:30AM until 10:50 AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to your local animal shelter in memory of Philip.
