Peter Alden Bunker, 66, Egg Harbor City passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 2 at his residence.

Born November 22, 1959 in Quonset Rhode Island, he was the son of the late Peter Alden Welch, Sr. and the late Bonnie Bunker Welch.

Peter was a free-spirited individual who loved exploring the country.  In his younger years he was known to hitch hike from Wildwood to Maine and from Maine to Florida.  He lived the way he wanted- without a care in the world.

He enjoyed watching Nascar racing and Monster truck rallies.  He was also a talented musician, playing the guitar. 

Peter is survived by his daughters RitaMarie Koelle wife of George and KatrinaLyn Bunker wife of Mike; grandchildren Corey Bunker, Boobie Lee Koelle, Kaleb Koelle, Cody Koelle, Tapanga Koelle, Chad Bunker, Jack Bunker and Michaela Smith; great grandchildren Damian Koelle, Toby Koelle, Carter William Koelle, Raelynn Koelle, Scarlett Rose Bunker and Paisley Koelle; and his ex-wife and dear friend Terilynn Flannery.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the new future.
