Joseph W. Rhein, Sr., 74, of Woodbine NJ, entered into eternal rest Saturday March 7th at Cooper Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House.

Born December 28, 1951 in Philadelphia PA, he was the son of the late Charls P. and Henrietta Rhein.   After graduation he joined the United States AirForce and worked on helicopters.  He late attended Atlantic County Community College and studied economics. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Charles P. Rhein.

Joseph is survived by his wife Cynthia.  They celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day of this year.  He is also survived by sons Joseph W. Rhein, Jr., Christopher P. Rhein and Brett T. Rhein husband of Brittany; grandsons Gavin and Stiles; granddaughter Kellen; sister Patricia Ohler wife of Jerry; brothers Thomas, Peter and Steven Michael Rhein; mother-in-law Alberta Gabel; sister-in-law Susan Avender wife of Michael; bother-in-law David Gabel; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
