John David Zeigler age 68 of Villas, NJ, passed away on February 22, 2026 at 4:26PM at Cape Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, John attended Philip Baker Elementary School in 1962 he then moved to Wildwood Crest, NJ to attend Wildwood High School.

Upon graduation he was then deployed as a parachute rigger in the United States Army.  He was discharged on July 27, 1987.

He then achieved his Master Plumbing license and started his own business, Zeigler’s Plumbing.

John always did everything in his power to support those around him and always extended a helping hand to anyone.

John is preceded in death by his mother Katherine L. (Rose) Rulon age 75, passed away on February 24, 1999.

Survivors include his partner of 29 years, Dawn Reenan Byer and his two daughter, Summer Katherine Zeigler and Autumn Star Zeigler; in-law Laverne Reenan.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  The family appreciates your love and support.
