It is with great sadness the family of Charles F. Rizzo announces his recent passing at the age of 91.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Charlie served in the US Marine Corp and later attended Lasalle University. Charlie was a retired letter carrier with the United States Postal Service, having served residents of Northeast Philadelphia for 30 years. During the time he was an active member of the NALC.

He loved his home, his country, and was extremely dedicated to his family, especially his children and grandchildren.

He will forever be missed by his wife of nearly 69 years, Ann (Freisheim) who he married on April 27th, 1957, hischildren Charles Rizzo, husband of Susan, Therese Danella, wife of Joseph, Kathleen Czyzyk, wife of Kirk, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services with military honors will be announced in the near future.
