He was born November 11, 1957 in Cape May Court House. Bill was last employed at Wildwood Linens.
He is survived by his wife Virginia Flynn Luker, and sisters Connie and Dorothy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.
Funeral services and interment are private and at the convenience of the family.
