David W. Goodwin

                                                                           January 12, 1923 – September 1, 2025

David W. Goodwin, beloved husband, father, grandfather and uncle, passed away on September 1, 2025 at 102 years old, after a brief illness.

David had a long, full and well-lived life.  He was one of our remaining WWII veterans who flew 25 missions on the B-29 Fortress of the Sky in the Pacific area.

Following his service, he developed a successful contracting business with his son, David W. Goodwin Jr., proudly naming it David W. Goodwin & Son Builders.

He passed away peacefully in the company of his wife of 78 years, Gloria M. Goodwin, and his loving daughter, Gwenn Goodwin.

David is survived by his wife, Gloria Goodwin; his five children, Dianne Seder, Susan Goodwin, David Goodwin, Gwen Goowin and Christine Shiplett; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

His smile and laughter were infectious and his life made the world a better place.
