Obituary of Kathleen R. McPherson

January 15, 1957 - August 7, 2025 Kathleen R. McPherson of Cold Spring passed away August 7, 2025. Kathleen was born in Philadelphia. Her family relocated to Lower Township in 1969. A graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School, Kathleen started her 38-year career as a dedicated public servant with Lower Township during her senior year in high school. She started in an entry level clerical position and advanced over the years to the position of Township Manager. Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents Francis and Anna Marie McFeeters. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Craig McPherson, brothers Frank McFeeters (Donna), David McFeeters, sister Emily Oberkofler; several nieces and nephews. Kathleen was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting, sewing, crocheting and spending time with family. She had a tremendous love of animals and adopted many fur babies over the years. A private service and burial were held August 12, 2025.
