Lisa Ann Hand, 49, a lifelong resident of Cape May County, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home.

From a young age, Lisa had a deep passion for traveling, often finding joy and fulfillment in exploring new places and experiences.

She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Carol Lynne, and her cherished son, Brandon Hand.

Lisa leaves behind her devoted fiancé, Eric Fabian, and her son, Zack Hand. She is also survived by her father, Donald Hand Sr., and her siblings Donald, Donna, and Dana Hand, as well as Carol Tozier. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
