Brian Marcus DeMusz of Erma, went home to be with the Lord peacefully with family by his side on July 20, 2025. He was born in Cape May Court House, to John and Margaret (Miles) DeMusz. He was a loving husband to Nancy (Fratella) DeMusz and a proud loving father to his son Phoenix DeMusz.
Brian was an Artist who is known all over the Cape May area and beyond. His creativity beautifies many homes and businesses which gives evidence of his passion and dedication to the craft. He loved life and people. He was a lover of the outdoors where he felt most free. Even wild animals were drawn to him and felt safe in his presence.
His gentle spirit and generosity brought him the love and respect of all who knew him. A kind and gifted soul he was, and surely to be missed.
Brian was preceded in death by his siblings: Margaret Kelly, Shirley Marto, Lorie DeMusz, Barbara Blews, James DeMusz, Michael DeMusz, William DeMusz, and Donald DeMusz. He is survived by siblings: Sharon Hutcheson, Patricia Stevenson, Janet Whipple, John DeMusz, Milton DeMusz, and Carl DeMusz. He also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and one Aunt Wilda (Miles) Mays.
In honor of Brian and his love of God's nature and beauty, a graveside service will be held at the time of 11:00 am on Monday, July 28, 2025, at the Cold Spring Cemetery, 780 Seashore Road, Cold Spring, NJ. After the service, friends are all welcome to join the family for refreshments and shared memories from 1-3PM at the West Cape May Fire Company Banquet Hall located at 732 Broadway, West Cape May, NJ.
