JOSEPH SAMUEL MUNIZZA, age 80, departed our world and joined God on June 15, 2025, peacefully going to rest while at Pelican Point Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after struggling with age related illnesses and dementia.

Joe was born in Settingiano, Italy on 03/19/1945 to Concetta di Campisano and Giuseppe di Antonio Munizza. He became a citizen of the USA on 01/23/1981. Joe was predeceased by his parents and his siblings. He leaves behind his loving son Marcello Peter (Hailee), daughter Josephine Marie (Valeska), ex-wife Darlene, along with children from a prior marriage Patricia and Rose, many nieces, nephews, and many loving in-law family members.

Joe enjoyed many things in life such as gardening, nature and bird watching, animals, baking bread and making pizza!

Services for Joe will be held on Monday, July 07, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the church of St. Katherine Drexel, 6077 West Jersey Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Friends and family are all welcome. May Joe forever rest in peace under the continued love of our Lord.
