Obituary of Denise T Archer

It is with great sadness the family of Denise T. Archer announces her passing on Saturday, April 19th at her residence in Cape May. Born October 17, 1963 in Neptune NJ, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Teske) Untisz. A true Jersey Girl, Denise had love of all things Jersey especially when it related to music. To say she was a huge Bruce Springsteen fan and John Eddie fan is an understatement. She had seen "the Boss" several times at the Stone Pony and had even given a leather jacket to John Eddie that she purchased specifically for him. Another favorite musician was the late Olivia Newton John, she had seen her in Atlantic City and was lucky to have her daughter Olivia dance on stage with her. In her younger days, she enjoyed traveling with her sister, Christine. The two vacationed in Europe and Mexico and relaxed locally on the beaches of Seaside Heights and Asbury Park. Denise was always up for a challenge with her games of skill including her full-size Ms. Pac Man machine and pin ball machines. She also loved animals, especially her dogs. She had many over the years and remembered each of their names. Denise will forever be missed by her children Olivia and Johnathan; sister Christine Gehret and her husband Mike; niece BethAnn Therien; aunt Joyce Kelvy; and her furry friends Rosalita, Jersey Girl, Honey Bunny and Carley. Private funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
