Ted and I shared many mornings together, taking rides around Cape May County. Ted loved to go out to breakfast on the days we spent together in many Restaurants walking in the doors with his Greating “FBI HERE FOR INSPECTION” or “HI Mr. Gates here. This was a Man with a great personality, generosity and gratefulness. It was my pleasure to be able to make our time together joyful and full of laughter!

I was sad to hear about Ted’s passing and extend my deepest condolences to Ginny and the entire Passon family. Ted was truly a gentleman with a good soul. I lived next to Ted and Ginny for over 20 years on Bayshore Road. What I’ll remember most of him was his friendliness and his smile. As is the way with neighbors, Ted and I always greeted each other as each was on our way to an errand or appointment. Now he’s gone and I’m sorry I wasn’t more present in my, admittedly, short conversations with him.
As I didn’t golf, there never seemed to be time enough spend learning about Ted’s likes, dislikes, his family and philosophy on life in general. I had great respect for Dr. Passon. But I will always remember Ted as a simply genuine good person and wonderful neighbor.
Thank you for the kindness and enthusiasm you brought with you to this neighborhood. You will be in my thoughts and prayers dear neighbor, rest well Ted.

Dr. Passon was so kind, loving, and supportive. He saw the best in people and encouraged them to live life to their fullest potential. He was an accomplished clinician, scientist, and entrepreneur, yet took pride in helping others succeed. I will be forever grateful to him for the impact he made on my life. I feel truly blessed to have known such an amazing man.

Not much I can say about Teddy. We’ve been friends since high school. As often happens we both went separate ways after high school and reconnected many years later. Teddy was the most caring and giving person I’ve ever met and his calls would always bring a smile to my face. It was either hi it’s Bill Gates or hi it’s the King. He’ll be more than missed.
