Obituary of Stanley G. Crowley

Stanley G. Crowley, "Stan the Man", age 91 of Villas, NJ passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 7, 2025. He was a Navy Military Veteran of 38 years, a Senior Enlisted Counselor for 13 years with Navy Mutual Aid, Force Master Chief, United States Navy Retired, an accomplished artist and talented musician on several instruments and loved to sing karaoke. He was an original member of Good Samaritans of St. Raymond's Church, a member of the Men of Malvern in Malvern, PA and a trivia king. He was a 3rd degree member of the St. John Newman Knights of Columbus Council 3546 of Villas, NJ, a member of the Knight of Columbus 4th degree Assembly 671 of Wildwood, NJ, a member of the Villas Fishing Club, a member of the VFW Post 5343 of Villas, NJ where he formerly served as their Chaplin, and a member of the Greater Cape May Elks Lodge 2839 of Villas, NJ, the Disabled American Veterans Post #44 of Del Haven, NJ, a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 1054, the North Cape May Seniors, the Spirit Players, and the Cape May String Band. Stanley is survived by his wife Jodi Price, brother Bobby and wife Joan. His 8 children Colleen, Kathleen, Brian, Kevin, Eileen, Joyce, Maureen, brother Bruce and their spouses, 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was loved and respected by many and is finally reunited with his wife of 55 years MaryEllen "Babe". Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Parish of St. John Neumann Church of Saint Raymond Bayshore & Ocean, Villas, NJ May 5th from 10am until 11am. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11AM immediately following the viewing. Interment with military honors will follow at Cape May County Veterans Cemetery.
