I knew Mrs. and Mr. Hagerty since I was a grade school child growing up in Mayfair, NE Philadelphia. Their son Brian and I were best of friends growing up, and still are to this day, so I was often by their house. Mrs. and Mr. Hagerty were the nicest and most genuine people one would ever want to meet. "Salt of the Earth" as Jesus' Biblical verse goes.
Mrs. Hagerty was always so sweet and welcoming. She had that natural and pleasant hospitality trait that just put you at ease, even as a young one. Years later whenever my wife and I visited in North Cape May, her warm and friendly traits were as strong as ever. Mrs. Hagerty, and Mr. Hagerty too, were just "naturals" at that.
Rest in Peace Mrs. Hagerty. You're now reunited in Heaven with your loving and lifelong soulmate.
