Patricia Mae Corchiani, 75, a life long resident of Cape May County, entered into eternal rest Monday evening, February 3, at Cooper-Cape Regional Medical Center.

Born May 7, 1949 in Wildwood Crest, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Steffey and the late Alice (Cahill) Adams.

Paricia grew up in Wildwood Crest and graduated from Wildwood Catholic High School. She eventually moved to Lower Township where she and her late husband Alfred "Corky" (January 13, 2021) would raise their family. She retired as a bookkeeper from the Lower Cape May Regional High School.

She was a member of St. John of God RC Church and the JayCettes. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, marbles and trying her luck at the casinos. Her most favorite past times were hanging with her family and her girlfriends.

Patricia was not your normal grandmother. Most grandmoms would scold their grandchildren for saying a "cuss word", but not Patricia- it was her grandchildren that decided they needed a "cuss jar" for their MomMom. That jar filled quickly when MomMom was around. She started to fill the jar even before she said a word.

Patricia will be forever missed by many but she will especially be missed by her son Christopher Corchiani husband of Nicole and daughter Susan Kronemeyer wife of Jeff; grandchildren Emery Kronemeyer, Jacob Kronemeyer and Gabrielle Corchiani; step father David Adams, Sr.; brother David Adams, Jr. husband of Sandy; sister Nancy Steffey and wife Nancy Dennis; and nephews John Adams and James Adams; and niece Rachel Adams.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Friday, February 7 from 9AM until the time of service at 11AM at Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May NJ 08204. Interment will be held on the grounds of Cold Spring Cemetery 780 Seashore Road Cape May NJ 08204. The family would prefer donations be made to the American Lung Association at action.lung.org.
