Tracy was such a precocious child and so cute! She made her first Holy Communion at 7 years old. It is unfathomable to me that I am not able to talk to her, see her or hug her.

I’m surprised that Joe Hubley who she lived with in Wildwood , NJ at the time of her death wasn’t mentioned. That is where/how I met her through him. I’m sure that he truly misses her dearly. He always talked highly of her and worried about her. So sorry for the family’s loss as well as Joey’s partner !!!
