Obituary of Robert Speigel

Robert "Bobby" Speigel, Jr., age 50, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on January 21, 2017 in Bar Harbor, Maine with his girlfriend, Cathi Austin by his side. Born in Cape May Court House, NJ on November 17, 1966, Bobby and his family moved to Vineland in 1973. He graduated from Vineland High School in 1985 and moved to Maine n 1999, where he was known as "Jersey". Bobby spent many years as an auto body mechanic and worked during his later years in construction. He had a great love for fishing and once mated on the 4-masted schooner "Margaret Todd" in Bar Harbor, ME. Bobby is survived by his daughter, Summer, of EHT; father and mother Robert Sr. & Bonnie; a brother Richard (all of Vineland); a sister and her husband Kelli & Dan Kern; 2 nephews: Chase & Caden (all of Northfield); and his girlfriend of 14 years Cathi of Bar Harbor, ME; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204 on February 18, 2017 at 1:00.
