Alexander R. Hipolit, age 80, of Cape May passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Court House Convalescent Center. Alexander was born June 10, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY and has been a Cape May area resident since 1987. He is the son of the late Alexander Edward and the late Wanda Pauline (Halonski) Hipolit. Alexander served his country in the US Army from 1957 to 1959. He was employed by Foster Wheeler, Livingston, NJ as a Draftsman. Alexander is survived by his wife: Barbara Ann (Huzior) Hipolit, one daughter: Linda (Allen) Matthews of Wildwood, NJ and one son: Andrew (Christine)Hipolit of Morristown, NJ. Also surviving are two grandchildren, a granddog Gilligan, and a sister Doris P Abruzzo. There will be a Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 4 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St John of God RC Church, 680 Townabnk Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204. Interment will be private.
