Obituary of Gregory James Kaiser

Gregory James Kaiser, age 37, of Cape May passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 after a long health battle. Gregory was born July 14, 1979 in Cape May Court House and was a lifelong resident of North Cape May. Greg attended Lower Cape May Regional High School and was a valuable member of the football team at LCMR; they even named a play after him, "The Kaiser Roll". He shared a great love for food and the food industry. His first chef position was at Menz Restaurant, Rio Grande. He later continued to follow his dreams and worked for the Lobster House Restaurant in Cape May. Greg was a former member of the Lower Twp. Moose Lodge and an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He rarely ever missed watching a game. You could always find him in front of the TV at night watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune and he sure was good at it! He will be greatly missed by his dog "Shadow". Greg is preceded in death by his father Donald R. Kaiser; his brother Robert Kaiser, Sr.; and his beloved mother Janice (nee Broadwater) Kaiser. He is survived by his brothers: David (Melissa) Kaiser and Donald Kaiser Jr.; his devoted Aunt Beverly (David) Robinson; and his cousin Sharon (Michael) Urban. The loves of his life were his nieces and nephews, they put great joy in his life: Georgia Jordan, Robert Kaiser Jr., Brandon Kaiser, Kristina Kaiser and his two "newest joys" Samantha and Elizabeth Kaiser. Greg was a donor to the Gift of Life after his passing. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM on Monday October 24, 2016 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May, where relatives and friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM. Burial of the cremains will be private at the Cold Spring Cemetery.
