Robert Patrick Bowden, age 63, of Cape May Court House passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Jefferson Hospital of Philadelphia, PA. Robert was born July 20, 1953 at Columbus Hospital in North Jersey, and has been a Cape May County resident for 30 years. He is the son of the late Robert J and Jennie (Complitano) Bowden. He was employed by Grand Hotel, Cape May, NJ 08204 as a Maintenance and Security Worker. Robert was a Volunteer Fireman and First Responder with the Ocean View Fire Company for 10 years. He is survived by his wife: Colleen (nee Shea) Bowden and two daughters: Jamie Bowden and Chelsea Bowden. Also surviving are: his mother Jennie (nee Complitano) Bowden; his sister: Cheryl Bowden Kuhn of Malvern, PA; his grandson Travis Dehainaut, Jr.; and his longtime caregiver and partner Karen M Logue. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at St Joseph's RC Church, Landis Ave, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243. Interment will be private.
