Genevieve "Jean" Slezak, age 97, of Rio Grande passed away peacefully on Monday, June 27, 2016 at North Cape Center. Jean was born July 14, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA. Jean was preceded in death by her husband Edward Slezak and son William Slezak. She is survived by two daughters: Elaine(Lewis) Haubois and Marie(Michael)Blockowitch; one granddaughter Shannon (Carmine) Dilello and two great-grandsons, Dominic and Nathan Dilello.
