Laura Kershaw, age 79, of Cape May Court House, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015. Laura was born in Philadelphia, worked at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital (now Cape Regional Medical Center) as an RN, and was very active in the local Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her warm heart touched many people. She was loved and will never be forgotten. Laura was predeceased by her husband Jack and her daughter Jennifer Mansfield. Surviving are her daughter, Jacqueline Russell (Steve), her son James (Nancy), eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren all of Cape May County. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her service at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Our Lady of the Angels RC Church, 35 East Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House; with a viewing from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Laura's memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 30 South 17th Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or Holy Redeemer Hospice, 1801 Route 9, Swainton, NJ 08210.
